How to use:

Begin with a small amount (a little goes a long way) and gently rub into chest, wrists, or temples to promote restful sleep. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

To help your salve stay fresh longer, keep in a cool, dry place with lid tightly capped, away from direct sunlight.

Really works
Last night I woke up with a bunch of anxiety and I couldn’t fall back asleep for over an hour. Then I remembered I had this salve - I put it on as instructed, and I was able to fall back asleep!! It really works!
