SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Your order will ship within one to two business days from when you place your order. We ship Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (with the exception of holidays). Since we don't ship on the weekends, any orders placed Friday from 12pm - Sunday will ship on Monday. You will be sent an e-mail when your order is shipped along with tracking information. Your tracking number will be the best way to keep an eye on your order, and once we ship it out, it is in the carrier's hands. We will do our best from our end to resolve any issues you might have, but please check your tracking information before reaching out.

We ship promptly, but please expect delays during peak holiday seasons (Christmas, Valentines Day, etc) due to overwhelm with USPS and UPS.
